Hi Rob, I just watched a few LR Summit 2021 presentations, your Day 4 "Understand & Maximize LR to PS Workflow"; I also watched a Ben Willmore session similar to yours. The prime reason for the viewing is because I do have a problem understanding what is happening in "my" LR>PS>LR workflow. I use "virtual copies VC" in that once I import a raw file "nef" into LR, before I do anything to that file I create a VC-01. It is this VC-01 that I edit in LR. Then if I want to bring that into PS I do the "Edit in PS2021.." andI choose "Edit a copy withLR adjustments. Things get confusing when I do a PS "Save". Now I have in LR the original Raw file (Nef), my 1st virtual copy (VC-01) and a PS exported or saved tiff file. If I want to use my LR VC-01 to do more editing like say Topaz Studio, wanting to keep my VC-01 edits, I make a virtual copy of VC-01, thus now I have VC-02 and send that to Topaz. It's a "rats nest" as you can see. You mention on your LR Summit 2021 video about details notes for your LR>PS>LR workflow, any chance I get get a copy of those notes. I do not want to get a summit VIP pass because only a few of the sessions interest me in my photography, plus over the many years I have been photographing I have bought numerous videos, tutorials that I end up not having time to review. You teach clearly and at a speed which makes it possible to take information in as you go along, rather than rushing through.
